Our mission is to create an all-inclusive, environmentally friendly animal sanctuary, to build a sustainable community for humans, to promote empowerment & awareness, to teach the public the profound impacts our actions have on our environment, and to simply love and respect all living beings.

OUR Organization
Mission:
WHS is an all-volunteer grass-root organization which is operated 100% off donations. There are absolutely NO administration costs taken from donations.
Welcome Home Sanctuary is a grassroots initiative whose mission is to provide a nurturing space for animals and people to coexist. Our aim is to create an all-inclusive, environmentally-friendly community, and to bring together like-minded people to contribute through the caring of animals and the environment. Welcome Home Sanctuary will be a community where we encourage and support all members, animals and humans, as we embark on a journey to become a model for sustainable living.

Our Founder’s Dream:
“Our goal is to create an eco-friendly sanctuary for animals & humans. I have a vision to find a location with green meadows, mountains, and natural water resource. The weather is comfortable all year round for the animals, and the space is desirable for people to visit & camp out. We will plan retreats & fundraisers to raise funds. Host animal adoption events to to find loving homes for abandoned animals. We will host camping events for people to enjoy nature, learn about sustainable living, and spend time with the animals. Imagine an environment with happy animals roaming around, free-range chickens, fresh pastured eggs, organic garden & orchard, clean fluoride-free water system. Shipping containers converted into animal shelter and living spaces for people. We will invite different artists to paint the containers, and to use wall space to exhibit their artwork. Welcome Home Sanctuary is going to be a self-sufficient community. “Everyone is welcome to visit & contribute. When people & animals come, we say, “Welcome Home!”.
